Jeff serves as the Executive Director of the Danbury Clubhouse, bringing years of dedicated experience and a deep passion for youth development to the community. Before joining the Ridgefield Club organization, Jeff made a significant impact at the New Haven, Stamford, and Lower Naugatuck Valley (LNV) Boys & Girls Clubs, where he played an essential role in bringing programs to life and strengthening each Club’s presence within their communities.

Throughout his years in the movement, Jeff has focused on establishing Clubs as reliable, life‑saving resources for youth, helping young people access safe spaces, enriching experiences, and meaningful mentorship. His work has included building and strengthening community partnerships, expanding opportunities for kids and teens, and ensuring that Clubs remain trusted pillars for families.

Now leading the Danbury Clubhouse, Jeff is extremely excited for the future of the Danbury Club and the transformation it will bring to local youth and the broader community. He believes deeply in the impact a strong Club can have—providing guidance, stability, and pathways to success for every kid who walks through the doors.

Driven, mission‑oriented, and committed to service, Jeff looks forward to continuing to grow programs, support staff, and inspire the next generation in Danbury.
