In Addition Minimize

Extended Day

The extended day is intended for families who simply cannot get here by 5pm, registration is required.  These campers are allowed an additional swim time between 5 and 6pm, and must be picked up by 6pm at the pool.

Late Pickup

Families who do not register for the extended day, but who pick up their children after 5pm, will be assessed a $25 late pickup charge that must be paid prior to their child’s next day of camp. This holds true for extended day families who do not pick up by 6pm. If you are running late, a phone call is appreciated. With 150-200 campers daily, it is very common for a handful of campers to get picked up late each day.   Unfortunately, over the years we’ve been taken advantage of too many times, and often by the same handful of families, that we feel it necessary to implement this new policy.  Nine and ten hours of your children being with us, out in the hot sun, is enough, and we appreciate your willingness to respect the staff’s personal time and do what you have to, to get here on time. Please allow yourself enough time, and plan accordingly for traffic issues.

Lunch

This year we will offer an option to include lunch four days each week for $5.00, and the fifth day we’ll be going into town for lunch. Lunch includes the daily meal, a drink and a snack. We’re feeding in bulk, and it is difficult to accommodate the fussy eaters and ones with special dietary concerns.  Please reach out to us if you have concerns. We will offer a separate lunch table for those campers with peanut allergies, and work with families to ensure the safety of all campers as it relates to food allergies.

Summer Camp Packet Minimize
We are currently working on completely our 2012 Summer Camp Packet, which will be complete with camp activities, camp staff and many important forms that need to be on file before your child can begin camp.  The most important form that needs to be on file is a update medical form.  All forms after August 30, 2009 are valid, and we do have some forms on file in the office.  Please contact the office to check to see if your child's form is up to date.  Please click here to download a new form.
